Free shipping is available on orders over \u20ac1300 worldwide, excluding the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.<\/span><\/p>

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1\u20132 business days for order processing.<\/span>
Orders are shipped twice a week \u2014 every Tuesday and Friday, from Europe and Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>

In most cases, we dispatch orders promptly after full payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.<\/span><\/p>

Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 If you are ordering a made-to-order item, the production time is up to 14 days from the date of full payment.<\/span>
\u2013 Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in accordance with applicable laws.<\/span><\/p>

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 1\u20132 business days after placing it.<\/span><\/p>

Within the EU, we ship via UPS Standard. For all other countries, we use DHL or UPS for international delivery.<\/span><\/p>

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.<\/span>
The customer is solely responsible for paying any such duties and fees separately.<\/span><\/p>

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable through Berminafashion<\/span><\/p>

In countries where additional charges apply, local sales tax may also be collected.<\/span><\/p>
