Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price of the item, with the exception of custom-made items, which are not subject to return or exchange by law.


You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make a return. All items for exchange must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.


To request a return, please contact us at infobarmina@gmail.com with your email address and order ID number. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please do not submit a return without this authorization, as it will not be processed.


Returns must be sent with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us upon shipment.
Barminafashion reserves the right to refuse returns of any item that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.


If an item is returned to us because the customer has refused to pay any import taxes or customs duties due, Barminafashion will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Barminafashion. Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties on delivery, a refund will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
